BAR Technologies, known for its America\u2019s Cup advancements, helped to develop the Princess Active Foil System. It includes twin carbon foils beneath the waterline to reduce drag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<p>Pininfarina, the Italian automaker, helped to develop the R35\u2019s carbon-fiber hull.
