During its two-year run, 22 hulls were built. The yacht has a deep-V hull form, and powerplant options included twin 1,015 hp Caterpillar or 1,100 hp MAN diesels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<p>The yacht has a three-stateroom, three-head layout with a full-beam master amidships and an athwartships berth. There is a forepeak VIP with a step-up berth, and a twin-berth stateroom is abaft the VIP to port.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<p>At press time, we found eight Fairline Targa 64s on the market, ranging from $500,000 to $711,000.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">From the Archive<\/h2>\n\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe deck salon is the unquestioned focus of social life on board. A settee surrounding a versatile table can open out and be raised or lowered via electronic control. The table faces a TV that rises out of the starboard side; here, there is also a cocktail bar that includes an ice maker.
